John Lewis McDanielSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for John Lewis McDaniel, 81, will be Friday, January 20, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Donald Grice and Rev. Donnie Blackmon officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.Mr. McDaniel died Wednesday, January 18,2012 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley McDaniel; son, Jerry Glenn McDaniel; parents, John and Emily McDaniel; brother, James Earl McDaniel; sisters, Mary Holmes and Ola Mae Carden. He was a member of Unity Free Will Baptist Church.He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Jo McDaniel of Sylacauga; brother, Evans McDaniel of Sylacauga; sisters, Bessie Bryant, Bobbie Duncan and Bernice Edwards all of Sylacauga.
