John O. Shierling

John Oliver Shierling, age 81, of Alpine, passed away March 1, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Shierling, daughter, Teresa Parker, sons; Gene Shierling, Norman Shierling (Laura), James Shierling (Linda), and Richard Shierling, grandchildren; Terry Peters (Jason), Daniel Shierling, John Shierling (Meghan),Justin Shierling, Adrianna Shierling, Cody Shierling, Scott Shierling, Davis Shierling (Rhonda), Jessica Morris (Justin), Memry Morgan (Jamie), Daniel Palmer, and Brett Shierling (Holly), seven great grandchildren, brother, Raymond Shierling, sisters, Margaret Henderson and Doll Shifflett, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son, Stephen Shierling and brothers, Edward Shierling (Jane), and William Shierling. Funeral services will be, Wednesday March 6, 2019 at 2pm at Curtis and Son North Chapel, With a visitation Tuesday evening from 5pm until 8pm. Bro. Michael Frost to officiate. Burial will be at Tallassahatchie Cemetery. Pallbearers will be; Mark Shierling, Daryl Shierling, Tommy Shierling, Ken Hosey, Jeff Hosey, Chris Hosey, and Shane Robinson.
