Funeral service for John William Dees Jr., age 82, of Sylacauga will be Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 12 noon at Curtis and Son North Chapel with Brother Darren Holland officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Dees was preceded in death by granddaughter: Katrina Dees. Was a member of Broadway Church of Christ. Served in the Army and National Guard and retired from Kimberly-Clark after 32 years. He is survived by his Wife: Hazel Dees, son: Mike Dees and wife Kathy, Daughters: Cindy Crocker and husband Mark, Kelli Frederick and husband Donny, Brothers: Don Dees and wife Myra, Jerry Dees and wife Linda, Grandchildren: Matthew Crocker, Jill Crocker, Alan Dees, Wesley Dees, Carlie Frederick, Nicholas Frederick and Great Grandchild: Landon Crocker. Curtis and Son North Chapel will direct the services.
