Kathy Gable Roberson

Kathy is survived by her sons Bobby Gable (Rebecca Cleveland), Cory Gable (Carrie) and Brandon Gable (Cassy); her mother Myrtle Peoples; her brother Sandy Peoples (Doris); her companion Noah Foster, her grandchildren Barbara Graben (Dakota), Cathryn Pitts (Andrew), Michael Gable (Lindsey Ledin), Savannah Gable, Emma Gable, Ella Gable, Major Gable, and Tuffer Gable, her great grandchildren Bryce Ptts, Aryia Pitts, Kellan Pitts, and Bentley Swain, her nephews Bloise Peoples (Alicia) and Steve Peoples (Amy), her great nephew Mason Peoples, and her great nieces Hannah Sparks (Timothy) and Isabella Peoples.

Kathy was preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Gable; her husband Samuel Roberson; her father Floyd Peoples; her grandparents Edward and Lavonia Peoples, her grandparents Jodi and LaTissa McDonald, her granddaughter Hailey Gable, and her granddaughter Zoey Atkisson.

Kathy is also survived by her bonus family, stepsons, Don Alegro, Gray Blake (Rick Maxie); step daughter-in-laws, Malisa Blake and Yevonne Foster; step grandchildren, Drew Foster, Zack Foster, Brittany Foster, Emily Blake, Grayson Blake, Heather Smith (Michael), and Hannah Alegro; Step Great grandchildren, Joseph Smith, Cici Smith, Levi Smith, and Dawson Hamilton.

Kathy is also preceded by her bonus family, stepsons, Jason Foster and Michael Foster; and Sister-in-law Odell Heila.

A visitation for Kathy will be held Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, 1315 Talladega Highway, Sylacauga, AL 351501627. A funeral service will occur Friday, June 20, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. Kathy will be laid to rest in Alpine Baptist Church Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Pastor Andrew Durst.
