Kenneth Hershel SmithSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Kenneth Hershel Smith, 53, will be Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with L. C. McMurphy officiating.  Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.Mr. Smith died Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He loved outside activities like fishing, camping, gardening and spending time with his family.  He was employed by Imery's and was a supporter of the Boy Scouts.  Mr. Smith attended Mignon Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife, Jodi Smith of Sylacauga; two sons, Jake Smith wife Amanda of Talladega, Justin Smith wife Brandy of Sylacauga; three grandchildren, Sydney Smith, Bradlee Smith and James (Pop Tart) Smith of Sylacauga; two sisters, Kem Smith Waldrop, Kay Mitchell; and three close family friends, Katie Cosby husband Michael, Alissa, and Ethan.Visitation will be Friday July 1, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney Smith Funeral Home.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
