

Lance Andre’ “Nomo” Boudreaux, Sr., age 56, left this walk of life and entered eternity with the Lord, August 5, 2024, after a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. He went out in an authentically “Nomo” way, fighting with everything he had until the very end. He was a fierce defender of his people who loved deeply and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his daughters, Kisha Nelson (Jason), Nicki Smith (Blake Royster), Justina Lightsey (Nick), and one that he always considered his, Madison “Boudreaux” Martin; grandchildren, Katie Nelson, Chade Nelson, Bella- Blake Lightsey, Jeremiah Mallory, Amberlee James Lightsey, and Sydney Royster; sister, Shewanda “Shonnie” Parrett; aunt, Judie Wesson; nieces, Hope Manning and Chrissy Sneed, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Nomo was preceded in death by his son, Lance Andre’ Boudreaux, Jr.; his father, Lloyd Anthony Boudreaux, Sr., mother, Vaughnie Jean Hay Boudreaux; brothers, Lloyd Anthony “Poncho” Boudreaux, Jr. and Joseph Virgil “Zorro” Boudreaux.
The Boudreaux boys were well known in Sylacauga and are all united again.
A visitation for Nomo will be held Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. Nomo will be laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Rev. Mark Deason.
Pallbearers will be Jason Nelson, Chade Nelson, Nick Lightsey, Blake Royster, Virgil Fields, and Robert Brannon. Honorary pallbearer will be Duncan Crowder, whom our daddy thought the world of.
