Sylacauga, AL - Graveside service for Larry B. Veazey, 70, will be Friday, June 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillview Cemetery in Alexander City, AL. with Rev. Rick Talley officiating.
Mr. Veazey died Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ira B. and Laura P Veazey. Larry was a member of Wesley Chapel Church, Emmaus, SS Superintendent for over 40 years and a former member of Jaycees. He was a chain carrier for Comer football games and a Little League Supporter. Mr. Veazey was a huge Auburn Fan.
He is survived by his sister, Linda (Erik) Pedersen of Trophy Club, TX; brother, Terry (Jamie) Veazey of Sylacauga; two nephews, Allan Pedersen of Guam, Dan (Staci) Sherer of Sylacauga; niece, Kate (Mark) Yilek of Rio Rancho. NM.
