Funeral Service for Marjorie Nell McClure Blankenship, age 77, of Sylacauga will be Friday at 2PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. Mac McCaleb officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-2PM at the funeral home. Ms. Blankenship passed away December 5, 2017 at Sylacauga Health and Rehab.
She was preceded in death by her daughter: Debra Blankenship, son: Bobby H. Blankenship Jr., father: Lowell McClure and mother: Marjorie McClure. She was a member of Marble City Baptist Church.
Survivors are her daughter: Dawn Horton (David), sisters: Elaine Simpson, Laverne Guy, grandchildren: Joshua Pruitt (Chanin), Kelsey Pruitt, great grandchildren: Addison and Trager Pruitt.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Guy, Leslie Guy, Steve Embry, Bill Pharr, Shane Payton, John Hall.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Joshua Pruitt and David Horton.
Family will accept flowers or donations can be made to Marble City Baptist Church.
