Mary Jo CooperSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Mary Jo Cooper, 79, will be Monday, June 22, 2015 at 11:00 am at Radney-Smith Chapel with Dr. Wayne McDaniel officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.Mrs. Cooper died Friday, June 19, 2015 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester & Shirley Wagoner and son Robert Cooper.  Mrs. Cooper loved clogging and the Burger King Gang.  She loved the beach and the Smokey Mountains.  She was a longtime member of First Freewill Baptist Church.She is survived by husband, Billy G Cooper, sons, Larry E Cooper and Billy J Cooper both of Sylacauga, daughter, Lynn Phurrough husband Dean of Alex City, Eleven Grandchildren, Fourteen Great Grandchildren, One Great Great Grandchild, sister, Virginia Lougnot of Syracuse NY, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday June 21, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. at Radney-Smith Funeral HomeFamily members will serve as pallbearers.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
