Mary McDonald DeLee GallupsSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Mary McDonald DeLee Gallups, 83, will be Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Les Snodgrass and Rev. Kenneth McDonald officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.Mrs. Gallups died Monday, June 25, 2012 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady L. Gallups; parents, Marvin L. and Mary Nix McDonald; brothers, Wallace L. "Buddy" McDonald, William "Billy" McDonald and Marvin Owen McDonald; sister Mildred Joyce Butler; sons, Ronnie Joe DeLee and Lonnie Lamar “Marty” DeLee.  She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Sylacauga and was an active volunteer with Resources for Women.She is survived by her sons, L.C. Ellis DeLee, wife Patricia, Jerry R. DeLee, wife Marie, Larry W. DeLee, wife Zona, Billy M. DeLee, wife Sharon, and Wayne Gallups; daughters, Syble D. Martin, husband Donald, Shelia D. Lackey, husband Ron, Sue Williams, husband Don, Molly Skinner and Sandra Lee; brothers, Robert C. McDonald, wife Ann, Kenneth R. McDonald, wife Mary, and Leland D. McDonald, wife Marie; sisters, Peggy L. Armstrong and Brenda Baxley, husband Claude; and a host of loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 26, 2012 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.Pallbearers will be Chris Martin, John Sprayberry, Tim DeLee, Thomas Hudgins, Matthew Lopez, Nathan Payne, Eric Bowden and Brandy Bowden.  Don Williams, Gerald Boddie, Wendell Rayfield and Don Hill will serve as honorary pallbearers.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
