Mary loved to cook, bake, and entertain. She also had the gift of gab. She was funny, charming, and could make you feel like you were the most important person in the room. She was kind, generous, and thoughtful. She loved her family very much. One of the best days of her life occurred in November of 2020 when she finally got to be reunited with her son Jerry who had been adopted as a young child.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a local animal shelter of your choice. Mary would also likely encourage you to call up an old friend to meet for lunch, reconcile old wounds or hurts, or better yet, spend some time in quiet reflection and prayer with our Maker.
