Mr. Melvin Ray Kelley, age 70 of Sylacauga, passed away September 26, 2020 at Grandview Medical Center. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Marble City Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Rev. Mickey Mullins officiating. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Kelley; son, Shannon Ray Kelley; brothers, Billy Kelley and Emmanuel Kelley; sister, Shirley Barker; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
