I was very sad to hear about Mike.  He was a great person and a great friend.  I was hoping to be able to say goodbye but by the time I got in touch in the funeral home it was too late.  I pray Mike is at peace now.  I will miss him greatly.  I will be praying for your family.  To Mike, you will always have a special place in my heart.  Love always.

my beloved Mc Daniel family...my heart grieves...I share the loss/pain ..many memories fill my heart and brings a smile. From times shared in Avondale, at Camp Helen and in growing up Mike was always special to me and our family. My thoughts and prayers are with you today and days to come.  No one will ever be able to fill his shoes as he walked through our lives and left footprints of love and friendship on our hearts. I love you all.

Mike became a good friend over the past few years. He would send pictures when he was at the beach because he knew we all loved it! When he came into our office, it reminded me of the TV show "Cheers" because we all greeted him, "Hey Mike!"  (He was our Norm) We will miss his funny stories and his smile. Our thoughts & prayers are with the family at this sad time. In my heart, I know that Mike is smooth sailing now.......... Love you, Mike!!
