Murel Faye Thein

Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Murel Faye Thein, 68, will be Sunday, July 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Martin Murray and Bro. Jimmy Green officiating. Burial will be in Tallasahatchie Cemetery in Alpine, AL.

Mrs. Thein died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at her residence and was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Florence Brock and her son, Dennis Edward Thein. Mrs. Thein was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was known as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be truly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Carl Thein of Sylacauga; son, John; daughter, Michelle (Alan) Zipprich of Weogufka; sister, Ava Willibey of Cullman; seven grandchildren, Evelyn, Codie, Zackary, Walker, Madisyn, Shawn, and Abbie; great-grandchild, Missie; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
