A Celebration of Life will be held at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel, 1099 1st Ave NW, Childersburg, AL 35044, on July 23, 2026, at 10:00 am. He will be laid to rest at Greenhill Memorial Gardens at a later date, Old Sylacauga Highway, Childersburg.

He is survived by his sons, Don Allegro and Gary Blake (Rick Maxey); his grandsons, Andrew Foster, Zachary Foster, and Grayson Blake; his granddaughters, Brittany Foster, Heather Smith (Michael), Hannah Allegro, and Emily Blake (Heather Lynch); his great-grandsons, Joseph Smith, Levi Smith, Titus Smith, and Dawson Hamilton; his great-granddaughter, Cici Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Angelia Foster; his girlfriend, Kathy Roberson; his sons, Michael Foster and Jason Foster; his sister, Odell Heila; and his parents, Noah Foster Sr. and Jewel Foster.
