Pamela Cassell Roland

Pamela is survived by her husband, Randy Roland; her daughter Malinda Roland (Seth Miller); her brother Greg E. Lightsey; her aunts Iris Barnett (Cliff) and Nona Beasley, her uncle Hal Bush, her cousins Vivian Randolph (Emory) and Lisa Strong (George), her niece Elise Lightsey, her nephew Gregory C. Lightsey, her great nephew Brantley Hill, her fur babies Dodger, Orchid, and Pinecone, and her special friends Marissa and Ken Hernandez and Lauren and Keith Wimpey.

Pamela was preceded in death by her mother Malinda Jane Beasley Cassell and her father Ed D. Lightsey Jr.; her brother Baby Lightsey; her uncles Joe Beasley and Carlton Beasley, her aunt Jill Bush, her cousin Stella Randolph, her grandparent Grover Beasley, and her grandparent Elise Hickman Beasley.

A visitation for Pamela will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Oldfield Methodist Church. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Hickman Cemetery where she will be laid to rest in Hickman Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Rev. Rodney Frost.

Serving as pallbearers are Gregory Lightsey, Seth Miller, Mike Roland, Ben Strong, George Strong, and Jon Strong. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Ken Hernandez.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pamela's memory may be made to Sylacauga Animal Shelter.
