Columbiana, AL - Memorial service for Patricia Joyce Smith, 77, will be at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Rockford Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Fuller and Rev. Wayne Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Rockford Cemetery in Rockford, AL.
Ms. Smith passed away Friday, September 23, 2016 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. She was preceded in death by father, Ezra Antamus Smith; mother, Margaret Marie Smith; and brother, Jerry Lee Smith.
She is survived by two brothers, Carel (Ola) Smith, James (Nida) Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 4, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Rockford Baptist Church.
