

Youngstown, FL - Patricia Ann Williams passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at her residence and was surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be at Radney-Smith Funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 23, 2017. The funeral ceremony will follow and will be held in the Radney-Smith Chapel beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. David Vick officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.
Patricia was born on August 12, 1944 to Frances Crittendon and Wiley Benjamin Cornett. Later she took the last name of Dobbs when her mother remarried to Richard Dobbs. At the age of 15, Patricia married Harold Dean Williams of Hollins, AL. They were married on October 17, 1959 at Hollins Baptist Church in Hollins, AL. Patricia spent most of her adult life in Sylacauga, AL, where she raised 4 children and worked as a convenience store manager. At one time she owned and operated her own store that was located on highway 21 in Sylacauga, AL. After the death of her husband in 2009, she moved to Panama City Beach, FL to be near two of her daughters. She was passionate about surrounding herself with beauty and spent many years as a collector. In the later years of her life she became an artist and accomplished jewelry maker.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Harold Dean Williams. She is survived by her brother, Ben Cornett; her children, Lisa Finn, Tina Williams-Burns, Rickey Williams, and Susan Shovar; grandchildren, Darson Rogers, Devan Rogers, Dana Rogers, Maranda Williams, Rickey Williams II, Christina Allen, Jessica Fuller, Elizabeth Anderson, Brad Carroll, and Lindsey Kincannon; and 11 great-grandchildren.
