Sylacauga, AL. - Patsy A. Cooper, age 81, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

Patsy is survived by her sons, Martin Cooper (Pamela); Greg Cooper (Linda); daughter, Julie Morris (William); sister, Sandy Royster; brothers, Raymond Bearden, Terry Bearden, and Jeff Bearden; grandchildren, Ashley Cooper Shroyer (Kyle), Kayla Cooper, Scott Cooper (Sandra), Shannon Singleton, Audrey Ford (Jordan), Matthew Davis, and Candace Cox; and great grandchildren, Arlie Shroyer, Liam Cooper, Olivia Cooper, Conor Ford, Vivian Ford, Dillon Davis, Katie Kesterson, Levi "Frog" Chandler, and Paisley Chandler.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Martin "Ernie" Cooper; parents, Luther and Louise Bearden; and brothers, Luther Bearden, Rodney Bearden, and Joe Bearden.

Patsy was a sweet, humble, generous, kind and had a heart of Gold. She never met a stranger and loved everyone she knew. She loved the Lord. She enjoyed shopping at Walmart and would always be ready with groceries in case someone stopped by and she needed to cook.

A visitation for Patsy will be held Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150. A funeral service will occur Sunday, June 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Dankson and Bro. Freddy Edwards officiating.

Patsy will be laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 1501 Talladega Highway, Sylacauga, AL 35150.

Serving as pallbearers are Scott Cooper, Chris Liveoak, John Adair, Jody Hope, Donald Bearden, Blake Royster, Liam Cooper, Brian Bearden and Kevin Bearden.
