Alpine, AL - Funeral service for Phillip D. Frey, 69, will be Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Harold Kelley officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.
Mr. Frey passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham. He was preceded in death by his father, John G. Frey and his mother, Lisker Frey.
Mr. Frey worked for KC for over 47 years. He was a member of the Metro C.O.G and also a member of the D.A.V.
He is survived by his son, Adam (David McIntire) Frey of Seattle, WA; lifelong friend and former wife, Jenny Frey of Pell City, AL; brother, Terry (Judy) Frey of Alpine, AL; his aunt that he loved like a sister, Eunice (George) Hickey of Birmingham, AL; and several beloved, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, January 12, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
