Ronnie Forbus officiating.Mr. Lowe died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He was preceded in death by father, Charles William Lowe and step-father, Alvin Henry Halcomb.He is survived by his wife, Connie Lowe; mother, Mary Louise Halcomb; son, Steven Douglas Lowe, wife June; daughter, Dana Lowe Joiner, husband Chad; grandchildren, Phillip Douglas Lowe, Austin Graeme Lowe, Hannah Marie Joiner, Seth Henley Joiner and Zachary Rhys Lowe; and sister, Pat Cagle.
