Rilla "Bill" Hay, born on August 26, 1922, in Sylacauga, Alabama, passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 103.

Bill is survived by her son, Johnny Hay, and daughter, Janice Owings, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Moncea Hay Sr., and sons, Moncea Hay Jr. "MC", Wayne Hay, and Jimmy Hay.

A visitation will be held at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, located at 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama, 35150, on November 14, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A graveside service will follow at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 1501 Talladega Highway, Sylacauga, Alabama, 35150, at 2:30 pm.

Pallbearers will include Logan Hay, Tanner Bagwell, Tyler Hay, Austin Hay, Carson Bagwell, Johnathon Owings, and Cole Terrell.
