Sylacauga, AL. - Rita Faye Polen, age 75, of Sylacauga, Alabama passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025. Rita was born in Cannelton, Indiana to Laura Burden and Norman Bolin.

Rita is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Polen; children, Jamie Polen (Missy), Roberta Polen, Steve Polen (Breauna), Michelle Fannin (Dale); grandchildren, Brittany Polen, Giles Pugh, Allison Clifton, Alexis Fannin, Abby Fannin, Grayson Polen, Jason Knight, Cassie Polen, Carli Polen; great grandchildren, Ellie Mae Clifton, Olivia Polen; and brother, Dennis Bolin (Peggy).

Rita was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Burden and father, Norman Bolin; and brother, Russell Bolin.

A service for Rita will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Huber Funeral Home, 1139 12th St, Tell City, IN 47586. Burial will follow in Bolin Cemetery, Cannelton, IN.

Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
