Roger Dale Martin, Sr.Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Roger Dale Martin, Sr., 64, will be Friday, January 11, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Mark Deason officiating. Burial will be in Tallasahatchie Cemetery in Alpine, AL.Mr. Martin died Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at St. Vincent's Hospital of Birmingham, AL. Mr. Martin was retired from City of Sylacauga Street Department with 22 years of service. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his sister, Robbie Sue Barrett.He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Debbie Martin of Alpine; sons, Randy Martin, wife Melissa of Pinson, AL and Roger Dale Martin Jr., wife Niki of Sylacauga; sister, Peggy Smith of Hinesville, GA; brother, Don Martin, wife Kay of Sylacauga; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
