Burial will be in 2nd Baptist Church Cemetery in Weogufka, AL.Mr. Cook died Monday, May 30, 2011 in Hollins, AL.He is survived by his father, Martin R Cook of Chelsea; mother and step-father, Lisa and Christopher A. Raines of Sylacauga; step-sisters, Payton A Raines and Jordan E Raines both of Sylacauga; grandmother, Edna Bulugaris of Chelsea; grandparents, Rick and Kathy Gulledge of Jacksons Gap, AL.
