Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Terri Lynn Vick, 33, will be Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. David Vick officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.
Ms. Vick passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lois Williams; grandmother, Emma Vick; grandfather, Cecil Vick; and grandfather, Ed Williams.
She is survived by her parents, Terry and Gail Vick; sister, Wendy (Eddie) Goins; two brothers, Johnny (Tina) Johns and Lee (Candice) Johns; 5 nephews; 2 nieces; and 1 great-niece.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
