Terry Lynn Cordner

Huntsville, AL - Graveside service for Terry Lynn Cordner, 65, will be Friday, February 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Rockford Cemetery with Wendell Jensen officiating.

Mrs. Cordner died Sunday, February 7, 2021 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse & Irma Carpenter, brother, Patrick Carpenter, and sister, Virginia Stuck. Mrs. Cordner was a graduate of Brigham Young University and Auburn University of Montgomery. Mrs. Cordner married her husband, Shawn on September 1, 1978, in Salt Lake City. She was a Special Education teacher for over 20 years at Coosa Co. Schools and was a active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Shawn Cordner; three children, Benjamin (Anna) Cordner of Virginia, Holly Cordner of Huntsville, Samuel (Megan) Cordner of Huntsville; seven grandchildren, Aaron, Luke, Kaylynn, Cyrus, Linzy, Sadie, Trisha; three sisters, Toni Schneider, Cynthia Moore, Karen Wick; two brothers, Carroll Stuck, Charlie Stuck; and numerous nieces and nephews.
