He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Sarah Collins; and his daughter, Patty Collins Stewart.He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Collins; daughter, Amanda Ray of Salem, AL; brother, Phillip O'Neal Collins, wife Pearl, of Sylacauga; step-daughter, Donna Collins of Birmingham; 3 grandchildren and 2 nephews.
