He was preceded in death his son: Donald “Skip” Jenkins and brother: Jerry Jenkins. He retired from the US Army serving two tours in Vietnam, and retired from Talladega Machine and Supply.
Survivors are his wife: Vicki Lynn Jenkins, daughters: Shelia Howard, Rhonda Mastain, son: Michael Jenkins, sister: Joyce Spruill, grandchildren: Cory Hay, Christopher Jenkins, Maura Jenkins, Joshua Jenkins and 4 great grandchildren.
