It is with a heavy heart I found this page.

For many years, I've been trying to get in contact with Tim to catch up.

I used to work for him in the furnace department at Teksid from 2005-2007

He was a tough boss on me but it was because he knew how smart I was and knew when I was slacking.

He was an awesome boss to work for. We joked around and did our job and did it well.

In 2007, he fired me because of attendance, but it was also so I could focus all my efforts into school instead of work. This was the best thing anybody could have ever done for me.

Because of that, I finished my degree, moved to Southeast Asia, and now in management for a very successful company.

For the longest time, I wanted to say thank you Tim for firing me which drove my life in direction, it has meant to world to me. 

It just hurts that I could not find you in time to tell you this personally...
