Wesley Scott Dixon, Jr.Childersburg, AL - Funeral service for Wesley Scott Dixon, Jr., 39, will be Friday, June 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Snyder officiating.  Burial will be in Tallasahatchie Cemetery in Alpine, AL.Mr. Dixon died Monday, June 1, 2015.  He was a member of New Day Ministries.  He was an Air Force Veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.  He was a loving father, husband and son.He is survived by his wife, Tina Dixon of Childersburg; daughters, Claire Dixon and Emily Dixon, both of Childersburg; father, Wesley Scott Dixon, wife Vada of Houston, TX; mother, Patricia Miller, husband Brian of Childersburg; father in law and mother in law, Mark and Judy Goniotakis of Sylacauga; three step-sisters, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Sandy Peoples, Steve Peoples, Blake Hood, Justin King, Brian Smith and Tommy Gable.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
