Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for William Ross "Bill" Payton Jr., 78, will be Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Mike Kiser officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.
Mr. Payton died Thursday, May 24, 2018 at his residence. He was preceded in death by parents, William and Thelma Payton; sister, Mary Good; brother, James Payton; and cousin, Wayne Duke.
He is survived by his wife, Susan M. Payton; daughter, Jennifer B. Payton; son, Ben (Jordan) Payton; grandson, Rowan Payton; sister, Connie Joiner; brother-in-law, David "Dave" Good; sister-in-law, Gail Andrews; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be Friday, May 25, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
