He is preceded in death by his parents; William Pruitt Owings and Annie Mae Owings Bishop, Four Brothers; Braxton of Spruce Pine AL., Cecil of Hogansville GA., Calvin, and Roy of Sylacauga AL.
He is survived by one sister; Janice Coffey (Arnold) of Moulton AL, Three Brothers; Billy of Murfreesboro TN., Bobby (Susan) of Seale AL., and Wayne of Birmingham AL., and numerous nieces and nephews.
