Bonnie Lou Clark Francis

West Columbia, SC - Ms. Bonnie Lou Clark Francis, 92, formerly of Sylvania, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2013, at the Agape Assisted Living Center. She was born April 13, 1921, in Eaton, Ohio to the late John Wesley and Cora Kinsey Clark. She was a homemaker, loved to cook for her family and attended various churches during her life.

Survivors include 2 Daughters, Melissa Coston of Macon, GA, and Jerry Merewether of New Albany, Indiana, 2 Sons and Daughter-in-Law, James Harold Francis, Jr. of New Albany, Indiana, and Jeffrey Clark and Nanci Francis of West Columbia, S.C., 15 Grandchildren, 30 Great-Grandchildren, 12 Great-Great Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Mrs. Francis was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, James Harold Francis, Sr. and 2 Daughters, Jane F. Foster and Jean F. Wagers.

Funeral services for Mrs. Francis will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel in Sylvania with the Rev. Ken Wagers officiating. Burial will be in the Screven County Memorial Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Ben Francis, Eric Francis, Wes Francis, Travis Zetterower, Todd Nafzinger, and Mike Merewether.

Visitation will be Saturday morning from 9:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
