May you rest in peace dear Ernestine- I know the heavenly reunion with your beloved Carlton was wonderful! She and Carlton were formerly Co-Presidents of our Advisory Board for the Senior Citizens Center and both served faithfully in assisting me with senior issues. I am blessed to have known them-- wish I could have eaten one of her hamburgers from the drive-in.
Respectfully, Cathy Forehand

I'm so sorry for your loss and I know you will miss your Nana. I have such fond memories of "working" at the drive-in back in the '70s when Kaye and Joe had to fill in! It was so nice of Mrs. Tapley to accept me, as it seems I was almost always with Kaye and Joe! Those drive-in hamburgers Mrs. Tapley cooked were the best!! I can still hear her asking "what on it" to the customers! I also remember her with Benjamin and Chris when they were just toddlers! I know you will all miss her but think of the reunion she is having in Heaven with her husabnd and sons! I hope you are comforted in knowing this. My prayers are will you all during this most difficult time.
