Fernandina Beach, FL (formerly of Sylvania) - LuAnn Bolton Phillips, age 64, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. She was born in Indianapolis, IN to the late Andrea Emmerman and Herbert Bolton. She was a retired school bus driver and was of Baptist faith.

Survivors: Husband: Joey Phillips of Fernandina Beach, FL; Son, Joshua Elijah Phillips of Fernandina Beach, FL; Brothers and Sister-in-Law: Mike Bolton of Sylvania and Ricky & Jackie Bolton of Pitts, GA; Sisters: Jan Bolton of Fernandina Beach, FL and Joanne Bohannon of Fitzgerald, GA; Mother & Father-In-Law: Robert & Betty Phillips of Ulee, FL; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Graveside Service: Monday, May 14, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery with Robbie Phillips officiating. Burial following.

Visitation will be at the cemetery following the service.
