Brian attended Syosset High school, Class of 2001, where he served as captain of the basketball and baseball team. He later attended Cornell and received his bachelor’s degree. Continuing his education, he completed his post-baccalaureate at Stony Brook and went on to earn his medical degree at LECOM in Florida.
Adventurous in spirit and deeply artistic, Brian found refuge in art. He expressed himself through painting, drawing, and was especially drawn to creating murals. He also loved the outdoors, nature, traveling, biking, and time at the beach, where he enjoyed riding waves. Friendly and very kind, Brian was known for loving to help people and for the warmth he brought to those around him.
Brian shared his gifts through service as well, including painting for the non-profit organization Splashes of Hope. His generosity, creativity, and steady care for others will be remembered with gratitude by all who knew him.
Brian is survived by his mother, Patricia Fiedler, and his sister, Nicole Fiedler, as well as a loving extended family. He was predeceased by his father, Robert Fiedler.
Brian will be remembered as an adventurous, kind-hearted spirit who will be forever cherished and forever missed.
