A man that would give you the shirt off his back. I had the honor of working with Erich for many years. When things fell apart, Erich always found a way to keep going. I remember going to PA and having the best time with Erich and Cathy. From sitting in front of the fire place, watching the birds, having the best eggs in the morning. Erich lived his life always putting people first..

Our last supper
Saturday December 29th our family gathering, celebrating a late Christmas early New year ( I was unable to make it home for the holidays). Erich cooked our family dinner Chicken Parm (so delicious as always cooking was his passion and his love for it comes flowing out in the flavor of the food). We all chatted, laughed, created new memories as well as reminced about our past memories. Just a wonderful overall celebration. Who would ever of believed that this was going to be our last hug and kiss hello and goodbye. Just not fair way too great and too young of a guy to be taken. You will forever be loved and missed. This was a fine human being. Funny, kind, and humble. Hard working and not ego driven. The world was better with him in it.

One of my favorite memories of Erich is when he and Cathy invited us to the Pennsylvania house with the crew. It was such a special weekend with family. It was there Erich showed us that all you need is a homemade bowl of soup and your family on a cold day ❤️
Erich helped guide us in buying our home. He always welcomed us with a warm smile. We will miss him and wish you comfort in this difficult time.
