Joe & I worked together at the medical malpractice section of the Attorney General's office. He was a colleague, mentor and friend. Joe was an amazingly talented trial attorney who generously shared his knowledge and experience. Several years ago I was preparing for trial on a complex brain injury case. I went to Joe for guidance and insight. We sat together, on a Friday afternoon, and discussed various issues and concerns. After several hours I looked at my watch and realized it was almost 6 pm. I apologized for taking so much of his time. Joe told me that it didn't matter what time we finished prepping for the case. He would remain with me until I felt ready and confident to select a jury on Monday morning. That was Joe. Generous and selfless.

He and I also spoke of music and art. (He was an incredibly talented artist!) We even talked about one day going fishing together.

I will always remember Joe Tipaldo. He left an impression that will remain in my heart for as long as I live.

I worked with Joe at the AG's Office from 2007 - 2015. I will always cherish his friendship, smiling face , laughter and our talks regarding all things related to clowns and scary things. I will think of him every time I look at the clowns decorating my den (which he made for me).
RIP Joey T. You are one of the good guys and will be missed.

Joe brightened the lives of all those around him. No matter the situation, he'd be quick to point out the humorous side of things. He left us with so many fond memories.

Joe was always smiling anytime we saw him. He will surely be missed and remembered for his kind soul, talented art and of course through his family.
