Kevin P. McKenna

Born on February 3, 1957, in Woodside, NY, Kevin was a long-time resident of Syosset, New York.

Kevin was a graduate of St. Dominic in Oyster Bay, who went on to have a successful career as a salesman for Siemens, specializing in telecommunications.

He was also a devoted family man, survived by his two children, Bryan McKenna (Megan) and Heather McKenna; his grandchildren Ella McKenna and Hunter McKenna; his sisters Patricia Centonze (Bobby) and Karen McKenna, and brother Walter McKenna (Lynnette); his partner Rosanna. Kevin was a nephew to Lee DeNicola, a beloved uncle and cousin. Kevin is predeceased by his parents, Walter and Maria McKenna.

A big Mets fan, Kevin enjoyed following his favorite team and sharing his enthusiasm with those around him. He also followed and attended St. Dominic basketball games with his friends. He enthusiastically brought his beloved mother to all of these sporting events and enjoyed sharing every minute with her.

Visitation will be held on October 1, 2025, at Beney Funeral Home, located at 79 Berry Hill Road, Syosset, NY 11791, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and again from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on October 2, 2025, at St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church, 205 Jackson Ave, Syosset, NY 11791, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Mount St. Mary Cemetery, 172-00 Booth Memorial Ave, New York, NY 11365, from 12:45 pm to 1:15 pm.
