My deepest sympathies for your loss. I cannot imagine the pain the family is feeling. My thoughts and prayers are with all who have been affected by the loss of Sabrina. 


We have never met but I too am a Syosset mom. My son graduated from Syosset in 2018. I can’t even imagine your pain. I am so very sorry for your tragic loss. May Sabrina’s name forever be a blessing. ❤️

Years ago, I had the pleasure of being little Nav’s camp counselor - everyone knows the summer is Nav’s prime. I got to see her smile bigger than ever, work harder than before, help friends in new ways and explore the world. While I was there to make sure she had fun, she had much more of an impact on my life than I can explain. She truly was a camper I’d remember forever. She showed me unwavering kindness, willingness to try new things and acceptance of all. Sabrina is forever part of the reason I pursued a career with kids and I am honored to have had the opportunity to have known her and be touched by her. Sabrina was the most happy kind loving person I knew. She was gentle with her words and such a genuine human being. I met Sabrina while working at the restaurant Buteras in Woodbury. I remember talking with her upon her arrival. She was funny, sweet, smiley, and so unbelievably beautiful. That day we  talk about how the tables made no sense but eventually will. I remember us  coming into work and pointing out something of each others outfits. I remember she wore a burgundy nail polish often and Id always wanted to wear but it felt so bold and she told me to “be bold we have one life live.” Life is short and at times bitter sweet but when you come alone the right people you feel a sense of safety and happiness. Everyone who had the blessing of meeting her is so incredibly lucky. I’m thankful for the time I spent with her and hope nothing but peace for the family and friends who lost a beautiful kind young lady. You will always be remembered and forever in so many’s hearts.
Sabrina, Thank you for the laughs and kindness you gave me and the impact you made on me and so many others! 
To the Navaretta family I am so sorry for your loss. I wish nothing but happiness and peace that your daughter is looking mg down on all of us.

Dear Mara and John,
Word cannot express how shocked and deeply saddened I am by the terrible news of your beautiful daughter's untimely passing. During my time working with you I had the honor of meeting Sabrina at some of your events and watching her blossom from a beautiful young girl  into a beautiful, smart young lady who always had the same angelic smile. She was as beautiful on the outside as she was on the inside - just like her Mom.   I know that I, like everyone else fortunate to meet her, will love and remember her.
