Agnes J. Farone

Agnes Ciampi Farone, 88, left this world to join her parent’s, Anna Marie and Daniel Ciampi in a place of happiness and heavenly joy on August 26, 2011.

Predeceasing Agnes was her husband, Dr. Salvatore Anthony Farone and her five brothers.

Agnes leaves behind three children, Judith Chmielenski and husband, Walt of North Carolina, Audrey Strong of Buffalo and Tony Farone and wife, Elizabeth Dole of Syracuse. Her family includes six grandchildren, Laura Desrocher and husband, Russell, Christopher Chmielenski and wife Kerry, Amanda McCombs and husband, Patrick, Randal Strong and wife, Nicole, Annemarie Farone and William Farone. Five great-grandchildren were also blessed to know Agnes.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, 8:15 a.m. from FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 9 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 3127 James Street where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrate Agnes’ new life in joyful eternity.

Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Friends may call Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street.
