I would like to express my condolences.  When I was in church Sunday and heard of Mrs. Otis passing I was heart broken.  She will be deeply missed.

Dear Otis family-
My name is Tom Angiolillo. I am heart broken over the loss of Audrey. Audrey was my Supervisor at the Operations Center for Chase. She ALWAYS made me laugh. She was one of my favorite people. She used to make me sweet potatoe pies for Thanksgiving and Easter. I will never forget her.

You were a dedicated wife, a loving mother, a remarkable grandmother and a loyal friend. I can't believe that you are gone. I will keep all of my fond memories of you in my heart forever. You've have made a lasting impression in MY life. You treated Ray and I as if we were your family and Jared no different than you treated Anari. You're heart was humongous and you put so many people before yourself. Now it is time for you to rest. Your suffering is over and I hope you are at peace finally. I will think about you always.

     We are so sorry for your loss.  Audrey was a beautiful person inside and out.  We feel so lucky to have known her.  Such a kind and gentle spirit... she is happy and comfortable now.  Ed, you took such good care of your highschool sweetheart and now God will take over for you.
 
     The last time that I saw Audrey... it was one of those crazy weather Syracuse days... rain then sun, then rain then sun.  I scooted outside "quick" to get the recycle bins up from the road and take a bit of a mental breather for myself.  I saw Audrey sitting out on the driveway so I ran down to say hi.  My "quick" turned into 15 or 20 minutes of chatting with Audrey.  Audrey had come out to "feel the sun" (as she said it).  I thought that was the best thing that I had heard all day and it made me remember just how lucky we all are.  I went out to do a meaningless weekly chore and I came back in rejuvinated with a great attitude.  Audrey was my therapy session for the day.  Everytime I talked to Audrey I went away feeling better about my day and with a smile on my face.  She was just one of those people.  From now  on when I "feel the sun", I will think of her and smile.  Thanks Audrey!  You will be missed!
