David J. Blanchard

David J. Blanchard, 66, of North Syracuse, passed away Tuesday at his home. Born in Syracuse, he retired from General Motors after many years of service. Predeceased by his parents, Irving and Beverly (Krause) Blanchard; and his brother, Leonard Blanchard.

David is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Sandra F. (Waldron) Blanchard; one daughter, Bonnie (Chris) Quinn; one son, William (JoAnne) Blanchard; sisters, Sue Carr and Lisa Bovalino; brothers, Dan Blanchard and Daniel Moore; five grandchildren, Brittney Ellsworth, Heather Blanchard, Joseph Quinn, Joe Culotti, and Kayleigh Precourt; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday 10 a.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME.

Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street.
