David L. Thomas

David Thomas, 52, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Tuscaloosa, AL and he previously worked at Sam’s Club. Predeceased by his father, Henry Thomas; and two sisters, Denise Hollis King and Maria Williams.

Survivors: His wife, Sherry Thomas; daughter, Melita (Hasan) Beauford; sons, Shontay (Veronica) Thomas, David (Kristina) Thomas, and Jerod (Taleeba) Thomas; his mother, Ella Mae Tyler; sisters, Evelyn Williams and Dorothy Thomas; brothers, Vance Britton and Jamar Britton; five grandchildren; and a host of several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services: Friday 11 A.M. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Calling hour: Friday 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse.
