Frank L. DiOrio

Frank L. DiOrio, 90, of Syracuse passed away Friday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was a life resident of Syracuse and a communicant to St. Margaret’s Church. Frank retired from G.E. after 35 years and was a WW II US Army Veteran. His wife, Anna DiOrio passed away in 1996.

Surviving are his three sons, Frank (Nancy) DiOrio of Danbury, CT, Michael DiOrio of CA and Richard (Carol) DiOrio of Baldwinsville; sisters, Susan DiOrio and Lucy Pandozzi both of Syracuse; brother, Thomas DiOrio of Syracuse; seven grandchildren, Mark, Kevin, Ben, Anna, Olivia, Brett and Nathan; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. at Pirro & Sons Funeral Home and 11:30 a.m. in St. Margaret’s Church. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hour will be held from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park St.
