Geraldine Williams

Geraldine Williams, 73, of Syracuse, passed away Friday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Rockbluff, Florida, she resided in Syracuse for over 50 years. A graduate of Syracuse University, Geraldine retired from SU where she taught for many years. She was predeceased by her father, Hardy Hodges; and brother, Eddie Hodges.

Survivors: daughters, Evelyn Gonzalez of CA and Carolyn Williams of N.C.; sons, Calvin (Terri) Williams of N.C. and Frank (Wendy) Williams of Syracuse; her mother, Loretta Hodges of Syracuse; sisters, Beatrice Jenkins, Patricia Hodges, and Marietta Hodges, all of Syracuse; brothers, Hardy Hodges of Syracuse, Charles (Judy) Hodges and Kenneth (Wanda) Hodges, both of N.C., William Hodges and Billy Hodges, of Syracuse; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Calling hours: Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with funeral services to follow at noon at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse.
