Jerome Washington, 60, of Syracuse passed away Tuesday.
Survived by his companion of 30 years, Nell Reddick; children, Carolyn and Jerome, Jr.; sister, Betty Chandler; brothers, Mack, Elijah, James and David; eight grandchildren.
