Survivors include his loving wife of 37 years, Dorothy Jean Russell; two daughters, Lorette Howard and Della Reese (Freddie) Brown; three sons, Dwayne Russell, Maurice Russell, and Derrick Gore; one daughter-in-law, Ta’Kiki Brown, all of Syracuse; brother, Roosevelt (Mary) Russell of Syracuse; 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and one special niece, Missy Richardson of Phoenix, AZ.
Funeral services: Monday 12 p.m. at Sovereign Grace Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
