Lucille B. Rapone

Lucille (Spuches) Rapone, 78, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday at Rosewood Heights. She was born in Canastota, New York. Lucille was a 1950 graduate of North High who was also in the Honor Society. She worked as secretary and support services for PEACE Inc for 10 years. Predeceased by her son, Daniel Rapone in 1991; her parents, Giovanni and Rose Spuches; two brothers, Samuel Spuches and Armond Spuches; and sister, Nina Fasulo.

Lucille is survived by her daughter, Rosanne (James) Rapone-Tomich of Seattle, Washington; one son, Edward Rapone of Syracuse; sisters, Mary LoPresti and Josephine (Charles) Murphy, both of Syracuse; two granddaughters, Natasha Tomich of Los Angeles and Ileana Tomich of Seattle, Washington. There will be no calling hours.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
